Hike the Wye Valley Walk
from its source near Plynlimon and Hafren Forest in Wales in the Cambrian
Mountains to Hay on Wye, via Builth Wells and Rhayadar.
This section of the Wye Valley Walk is a 62 mile way-marked long-distance
walking trail. This hiking tour can be walked in either direction, upstream
or downstream.
This self guided
walking holiday passes through England and Wales and takes in the counties
of Herefordshire and Powys and is a great introduction to walking holidays
in England and Wales. The Wye Valley Walk passes through some spectacular
river valley landscapes full of wildlife and heritage.

direction, upstream
or downstream,
although our guide book descibes the upstream route.
This walking holiday in the UK operates March to October and in either direction.
The above distances are only a suggestion. If you would like to walk longer
or shorter distances, we can arrange that too.
Our stated distances include mileage to the accommodation or pickup point
and so may not agree with the guide book mileages.
Rest days can be taken in any location.
Why not combine this walk with a hiking tour in another part of England
or the UK. Our staff will be happy to advise on necessary transfers.
